Urban Blight
Urban Blight or Urban decay is when a part of a city or a specific area, starts to fall into decrepitude, due to neglect, crime, or lack of economic support. Which may cause deindustrialisation “to cause an area or nation to lose industrial strength”, changing population, abandoned buildings, high local unemployment, fragmented families, crimes, desolate, may become havens for illegal activity like drug dealing, bad environment for people, plants, animals, and causing more buildings to fall down. Urban blight most often occurs in areas with high poverty rates and lack of economic opportunity, marked by abnormal crime rates and illegal drug use. Organize the neighborhood, and making an effort to work near the urban decay, can help to solve the problems.
